| 摘 要： | 期刊乱架是长期困扰图书馆现刊工作人员的一个棘手问题。文章从学生(读者)、工作人员的自身局限和阅览室制度的缺陷3个方面分析了产生这一问题的根源,并提出了解决这一问题的主要措施和途径。
