摘    要:研究了微波辐射技术与负载FeCl3的皂土催化剂联用下,苯甲酰氯与苯甲醚等的Friedel-Crafts酰化反应,结果表明当微波辐射功率为450 W,辐射时间为8 min时Friedel-Crafts酰化反应能够快速发生,并用此法合成了系列二芳基酮化合物,该方法与常规方法相比,具有产率高、操作简单、反应时间短、催化剂易再生等优点。

Abstract:The Friedel-Crafts acylation reaction of anisole with various substituted benzoyl chlorides in the presence of catalytic amount of FeCl3 doped bentonite under microwave irradiation is studied. The results indicated that microwave irradiation power P = 450 W, microwave irradiation time T=8 min., the yields of diarylketones were excellent. This process has the advantages of simple workup, short reaction time, high yields and recyclable catalyst.
