| Abstract: | The author put forward that the key measures to increase the investment of agricultural R&D are broad financing,effective use and potential development.It means that the environment should be improved for the financing both domestically and internationally,the relevant obstacles should be removed to enhance the effectivity of the fund and a sharing platform should be built to dig the potential of agricultural R&D. |
