紫苏12个农艺性状与产量的灰色关联分析

摘    要:应用灰色关联分析法对11份紫苏材料的12个农艺性状与产量的关联度进行了分析.结果表明:12个性状和产量之间的关联度由大到小依次为单株产量、千粒质量、分枝位、二次有效分枝、一级分枝顶穗长、一次有效分枝、株高、顶部第1节间长、茎粗、主花序有效长度、基部第1节间长、主花序有效角果数.因此,紫苏高产育种中应注意单株产量以及大粒型、多分枝、长穗型植株的选育.

Abstract:The grey correlation degree was applied to reveal the relationship between twelve agronomic characters and fruit yield of Perilla frutescens,an anuual herbaceous plant used in oil,including 11 local cultivars.The result showed that the main agronomic characters in order of grey correlation degree(0.2248~0.5616) to the seed yield among different cultivars were as follows:yield per plant,weight of 1000 seeds,location of primary branches,number of secondary branches per plant,topic inflorescence length on primary branches per plant,number of primary branches per plant,plant height,distance between the highest primary branches and the second,diameter of stem,length of topic infloresence,distance between the first primary branches and the second and nutlet number of topic inflorescence.Therefore,it should especially paid attention to selection and breeding of the plants with large fruits,multi-branched stem,long inflorescence in accordance with higher yield in fruits and seeds of Perilla frutescens.
