基质含水量和光照水平对网纹甜瓜幼苗生长和生理生化特性的影响

摘    要:以网纹甜瓜"西域一号"为试材,研究了基质含水量基质最大持水量的100%(W1)、80%(W2)、60%(W3)和40%(W4)]和光照水平温室内全光照的100%(L1)、70%(L2)、40%(L3)]交互作用对网纹甜瓜幼苗生长和生理生化特性的影响。结果表明:不同基质含水量和光照强度对网纹甜瓜幼苗生长影响显著,以80%基质含水量结合温室内100%光照的幼苗生长最健壮。光照强度对植株可溶性糖含量影响显著,而基质含水量只有在全光照下才表现出显著影响。在3个光照强度下,可溶性蛋白及游离脯氨酸含量随基质含水量的减少显著增加;而在基质含水量相同的情况下,光照强度的影响较小。在所有处理中,W2L1处理的SOD和POD活性最低,CAT活性较低。MDA含量以W2L1处理最低,W4L3处理最高。
