| 摘 要： | 纤维素酶具有广泛的应用价值。近年来，纤维素酶逐渐被应用于奶牛生产中，并取得了很好的效果，它可有效提高奶牛产奶量，提高经济效益。本文综述了纤维素酶的分类、作用机理及国内外纤维素酶对奶牛生产性能方面的最新进展。

| Abstract: | The value of cellulose enzyme is extensive,.In recent years, cellulose enzyme has gradually being applied in the production of lactating cows,which obtained well effects that it can increased the milk production of dairy cow and resulted in apparent profitability.This text introduce the classification; machaniam of cellulose enzyme and the progress in studying the effect of cellulose enzyme on production performance of lactating cows in domestic and overseas . |
