野菊花药材的鉴别方法研究

摘    要:目的]建立野菊花的鉴别方法。方法]选择野菊花、蒙花苷为双重对照药材,制备药材溶液,比较不同吸附剂、展开系统,显色方法和显色与检识条件的效果。结果]聚酰胺薄膜色谱斑点集中清晰,提供的信息更为丰富。展开系统乙酸乙酯-丁酮-氯仿-甲酸-水(15∶15∶6∶4∶1)的效果较好。三氯化铝试液喷雾显色所得TLC色谱的斑点色泽很不均匀,三氯化铝水溶液浸板显色,板面及斑点色泽均匀。三氯化铝显色、UV光下检识的效果明显优于三氯化铁显色、日光下检识的效果。UV365 nm和对TLC色谱的检识效果显著优于UV254 nm的检识效果。结论]建立了以野菊花和蒙花苷双重对照的TLC鉴别方法。

Study on Identification Method of Chrysanthemum indicum Medicinal Materials
Abstract:Objective] The aim was to establish the identification method of Chrysanthemum indicum.Method] C.indicum and linarin were selected as double CK to prepare the solutions of medicinal materials.The effect of different adsorbents,deployment systems,color methods and the conditions of color and determination were compared.Result] Chromatogram spots of polyamide thin layer were centralized and clear and could provide richer information.The effect of deployment system of ethanol acetate-butanone-chloroform-formic acid-water(15∶15∶6∶4∶1)was better.The color of chromatogram spots sprayed by aluminium chloride test solution was not uniform.With the leaching plates was colored by aluminium chloride solution,the plate surface and spot color was uniform.The effect of aluminium chloride color and determination under UV light was significantly better than that of ferric chloride color and determination under sunlight.The determination effect of UV365 nmon TLC chromatogram was better that of UV254 nm.Conclusion] The identification method of TLC with C.indicum and linarin as double CK was established.
