杂交稻汕优63及其亲本光系统II光化学特性和多肤组成的比较

摘    要:本文研究了杂交水稻汕优63及其亲本PS II颗粒的光化学特性和多肤组成。结果表明:汕优63 PS II颗粒与放氧有关的多肤组成与亲本相比无显著差异;汕优63类囊体膜和PS II颗粒的放氧活性及光合磷酸化的能力介于亲本之间;类囊体膜的吸收光谱及其室温荧光发射光谱显示:汕优63比其亲本对光有更大的吸收能力。
