| 摘 要： | ‘新番41号’(屯河48号)是晚熟加工番茄一代杂种,自封顶类型,生长势强。果实高圆形,鲜红色,平均单果质量80g,可溶性固形物含量5.0%~5.4%,总酸含量低(2.33g·kg-1),风味好,果肉细腻,适合加工低酸番茄酱。从播种至始收119d,产量90000~105000kg·hm-2,可作为晚熟育苗移栽或直播栽培。

| Abstract: | ‘Xinfan 41’（Tunhe 48）is a processing tomato hybrid. Its plants are determinate and it grows vigorously. The average fruit weight is 80 g，and the soluble solids content is 5.0% ~ 5.4﹪. It takes about 119 days from sowing to the first harvest. Its fruits contain low total acid, so it is suitable for processing low acid tomato paste. The yield is 90 000–105 000 kg · hm-2. This variety can be planted by late seedling transplanting or seed sowing. |
