摘    要:安徽省大麦种植历史悠久,本文针对1988-2010年安徽省大麦生产状况及演变原因进行分析。结果表明,安徽省大麦种植面积最大值在1988年达到156 666.67 hm2,22年间累计减至现今50 000 hm2左右;单产最高为302.84 kg/667 m2,最低为87.81 kg/667 m2;品种分布上,淮河以北、沿淮及江淮之间为安徽大麦的主产区;大麦生产演变与主粮作物冲击、种植结构调整、种性退化、农民种植积极性密切相关。根据以上结果,进一步阐述了大麦栽培技术,指出当前安徽省大麦生产面临的机遇挑战和发展方向。

Abstract:Barley has been planted in Anhui province for a long time.The production and tendency of Anhui barley from 1988 to 2010 were analyzed in this study.The results indicated: sown area of Anhui barley amounted to the maximum of 156 666.67 hm^2 in 1988 and had been reduced during 22 years to about 50 000 hm^2;The highest yield was 302.84 kg/667m^2 and the lowest was 87.81 kg/667m^2;Barley varieties in Anhui province mainly distributed along and in the north of Huai river and between Huai river and Yangtze river;Changes of barley production was closely related with attack of staple food crop,adjustment of planting structure,decay of nature of variety and enthusiasm of peasant.As disused above,our study further elucidated cultivation techniques and pointed out the opportunities and prospect for Anhui barley production in the near future.
