硫酸钾与氯化钾混施对生姜产量和品质的影响

摘    要:在安徽沿江生姜产区 ,采用田间试验方法研究了硫酸钾和氯化钾配施对生姜产量和品质的影响。试验结果表明 :施用钾肥可明显促进生姜的生长发育 ,株高、分枝数、姜块重显著提高。氯化钾更有利于生姜分枝数的增加 ,而硫酸钾能显著提高单枝姜块重。钾肥可显著提高生姜产量。钾肥混施既可增加分枝数 ,又可提高姜块重 ,所以生姜产量显著高于对照和其他施钾处理 ;钾肥混施既可改善生姜外观质量 ,又可提高内在品质。实际生产中应采取硫酸钾与氯化钾混施 ,以最大限度地发挥钾肥的效应。

Abstract:The field experiment in the effect of combined application of K 2SO 4 (SOP) and KCl(MOP) on ginger yield and quality was conducted in the Anhui ginger production area along the Yangtze River. The results indicated that the potassium could obviously promote the growth of ginger plant and increase the plant height, tillers/plant and weight of ginger tube/tiller. MOP was favorable to the increases of tiller/plant while SOP, to the weight of tube/tiller. Potassium fertilization could significantly increase the ginger yield. The ginger yield of the treatment with combination of SOP and MOP was significantly higher than that of the control and other treatments with K because the mixed application of two K sources could not only increase the tillers, but also the tube weight. Meanwhile, the combination could improve the external and internal quality. It is recommend that the combined application of SOP and MOP could maximize ginger yield and quality.
