子午岭两侧山羊群体遗传分化研究

摘    要:应用随机整群抽样法对地处子午岭东西两侧的两个山羊品种3个层次共计42类标记特征进行了遗传分析。结果表明,两品种在血液蛋白质及毛色位点的分化程度较低(7%以下),而在形态特征分化程度较高(18.84%),进一步综合聚类分析表明,两品种间遗传距离较近(D=0.016),确认两品种属同种异名

Abstract:Genetic analysis on 3 class markers with 42 characteristics in 2 goat breeds on the both sides of Ziwuling mountain was carried out with the random cluster samplings. The results showed that the degree of genetic differentiation is lower (less than 7% ) on blood protein loci and coat color loci; and higher (18. 84% ) on the appearance characters.The further study showed that the genetic distance is short (D= 0. 016) between 2 breeds.Therefore, it is defined that 2 breeds belonged to the same breed but were differently named.
