山东省近期育成小麦品种遗传多样性的SSR分析

摘    要:为了揭示山东省近年来小麦品种的遗传多样性.选用分布于小麦21条染色体上的68个SSR引物,对44个山东省小麦品种进行了遗传多样性分析.共检测到248个等位基因,每对引物的等位基因数变幅为2~9个,平均为3.65个.每个SSR位点的多态性信息量(PIC)变化范围为0.087~0.837,平均为0.562.44个品种间的遗...

Abstract:To reveal the genetic diversity of Shandong wheat in recent years.A number of 68 SSR markers on 21 chromosomes of wheat were applied to investigate the genetic diversity among 44 wheat cultivars of Shandong province.A total of 248 alleles were identified in these varieties.Each of primer pairs could detect 2 to 9 alleles with an average of 3.65.The range of PIC was in the range from 0.593 to 0.918,with the average of 0.694.The average number of alleles of the SSR markers for the B genome(3.667) was greater ...
