| Abstract: | To reveal the genetic diversity of Shandong wheat in recent years.A number of 68 SSR markers on 21 chromosomes of wheat were applied to investigate the genetic diversity among 44 wheat cultivars of Shandong province.A total of 248 alleles were identified in these varieties.Each of primer pairs could detect 2 to 9 alleles with an average of 3.65.The range of PIC was in the range from 0.593 to 0.918,with the average of 0.694.The average number of alleles of the SSR markers for the B genome(3.667) was greater ... |
