摘    要:稻褐飞虱是水稻的主要虫害之一,培育优良的抗性基因聚合系对于防治稻褐飞虱具有重要的意义.本研究通过回交、分子标记辅助选择和接虫鉴定三者相结合的办法,将抗稻褐飞虱基因Bph3和Bph24(t)分别导入主栽杂交水稻恢复系广恢998、9311、R15、明恢63、R29中,最终获得遗传稳定的Bph3导入系32份和Bph24(t)...

Abstract:The Brown planthopper(BPH,Nilaparvata lugens(St?l)) is one of the main insect pests of rice.To breed resistance gene-accumulated lines is of the great importance for the control of the BPH.In this study,BPH resistance genes,Bph3 and Bph24(t),were transferred into 5 main restorer lines,Guanghui998,9311,R15,Minghui63 and R29,via backcross,molecular marker-assisted selection(MAS) and artificial infestation of insect.Thirty-two Bph3-inserted lines,22 Bph24(t)-inserted lines and 13 Bph3Bph24(t)-accumulated lines were developed.Results from artificial infestation of the BPH showed that the Bph3 and the Bph24(t)-inserted lines were moderately resistant or resistant to the BPH with mean resistance scores 3.96 and 3.84,respectively,while Bph3Bph24(t)-inserted lines showed the highest resistance with resistance scores from 2.38 to 2.65 and mean score 2.52.Resultsindicate that BPH resistance gene accumulation result in additive gene effect.SSR analysis showed that the recovery of genetic backgrounds of the receptors in the resistance gene-inserted lines and Bph3Bph24(t)-inserted lines were more than 90%.Analysis of agronomic traits revealed that there were no significant differences in most agronomic traits between most of the gene-accumulated lines and their corresponding receptor parents in plant height,flag leaf length and breadth,effective panicles and 1 000-grain weight.The above results preliminary demonstrated that the BPH resistance gene-inserted lines and accumulated-lines derived from 5 restorers of main commercial rice hybrids were successfully developed and these resistance-improved restorer lines were with high potential in developing new promising resistant rice hybrids.This work would also provide a solid foundation in breeding materials for the establishment of the rice resistant breeding platform.
