小麦黄矮病抗源中5、中4和多年生1号的研究

摘    要:经介体蚜虫传毒和植株病毒含量测试,中5,中4和多年生1号对小麦黄矮病(BYDV)表现高度抗病,系首次鉴出的小麦黄矮病抗源材料。对主要病毒株系组成GPY和DAV株系均抵抗,属于成株期抗病性,并且兼抗小麦黄叶病(WYLV)。

Abstract:Through transmission of vector aphids and tests nf virus contents in plants , it was manifested that these wheat cultivars including Zhong 5, Zhong 4 and Percm'al No.l showed high degree of resistance to diseases. It was also the first time to identify out the BYDV resistant resources . These wheat cultivars were resistant to the main strain compositions such as strains GPV and DAV, thus showing disease resistance at the adult stage and also resistance to wheat yellow disease (WYLV) .
