柴油机燃烧复合乳化燃料消烟作用的研究

摘    要:介绍了柴油机燃用柴油-甲醇-水复合乳化燃料消烟作用的研究。采用全气缸取样系统研究了柴油机燃用复合乳化燃料和纯柴油时缸内微粒生成历程。试验结果表明:复合乳化燃料的缸内微料生成量和排放量明显低于纯柴油,其生成量的最大值降低了40.7%,排放量减少29.8%。作者首次通过试验手段,探明了乳化燃料在柴油机燃烧过程中微粒生成量的变化过程,揭示了复合乳化燃料缸内微粒生成量的大幅度下降是柴油机烟度降低的关键原因

Abstract:This paper reports a study on the effect of burning diesel oil methanol water composite emulsified fuel on reduced smoke density in an IDI diesel engine by means of a total cylinder sampling system. The experimental results show that the particulate mass formed in cylinder and its quantity of emission when burning composite fuel is lower by 40 7% and 29 8% respectively than that when using pure diesel oil. The histories of particulate mass formed in the diesel combustion process are verified by means of the experimental method. For the first time the authors reveal that the key reason of a decrease in the smoke density is the remarkable reduction of in cylinder particulate formation when burning composite emulsified fuel.
