| 摘 要： | 杂种优势是一个复杂的数量性状，是育种工作的重要指标，利用微卫星标记技术估算亲本间的遗传差异，再通过对遗传差异的分析预测杂种优势，大大改善了传统育种费时费力的状况。通过对国内外相关文献阅读分析，总结了微卫星标记在预测肉羊杂种优势方面的研究现状，使微卫星标记预测肉羊杂种优势的可行性更加显而易见。
