光合细菌对铜绿微囊藻和小球藻生长的影响研究

摘    要:以铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa)和小球藻(Chlorella vulgaris)为研究对象,分别测定加入光合细菌液0.001mL、0.01mL、0.1mL、0.25mL、0.5mL、0.75mL、1mL、1.5mL、2.5mL、3.5mL、5mL时(200mL藻液)铜绿微囊藻和小球藻的生长状况和叶绿素a浓度。结果表明:少量的光合细菌液对铜绿微囊藻和小球藻具有促进作用,且小球藻受到的影响比铜绿微囊藻要显著;在较大量的光合细菌液中铜绿微囊藻的生长受到明显的抑制,而小球藻的生长没有明显的变化。

The Effect of Photosynthetic Bacteria(PSB) on the Growth of Microcystis aeruginosa and Chlorella vulgaris

Abstract:In this experiment, the eff6ct of PSB on the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa and Chlorella vulgaris were investigated. The growth condition and chlorophyll a concentration of algae were measured when we put 12 different amount of PSB (0. 001,0. 01,0.1,0.25,0.5,0.75,1,1.5,2. 5,3.5,5mL). The results showed that : in a small amount of PSB, it shows promotion to both of the two kinds of algae and the effect on Chlorella vulgaris is more obvious than Microeystis aeruginosa. In the higher amount of PSB, it shows obvious inhibitory action for Microcystis aeruginosa but still promotion for Chlorella vulgaris.
