To further solve the problems of agricultural resource dispersion and industrial layout disorder, the growth pole theory and agricultural industrial spatial layout were studied. Based on the aggregation and diffusion effect of the growth pole theory, Wuxiang County and Xiaoyi City were taken as the research objects to construct the spatial layout of agricultural industry with different development modes. The spatial layout of agricultural industry was divided into the spatial layout of prominent location advantage and leading industry, the spatial layout of industrial chain as an important support, the spatial layout of industrial park or base as the carrier, and the spatial layout of agricultural industry strong town as the carrier.
