| 摘 要： | 研究了芒果苷及其衍生物-3-烷氧基-芒果苷，对糖尿病小鼠的降血糖作用，经试验发现芒果苷衍生物能显著降低四氧嘧啶引起的糖尿病动物的空腹血糖，且降糖效果随着碳链的增长而逐渐增强。

| Abstract: | Evaluated the anti-diabetic activity of mangiferin and its derivatives, The results indicated that all the derivatives displayed better anti-diabetic activity than mangiferin,and the inhibitory activity of compounds could be increased monotonically as the increase of its alkyl chain length. |
