| 摘 要： | 综述了我国近年来稻米品质检测技术的研究现状与应用。从碾米品质、外观品质、营养品质、蒸煮品质、食味品质5个方面阐述了稻米品质检测技术的研究进展与应用以及存在的问题,并对今后稻米品质检测技术的发展作出展望。

| Abstract: | The research status and application of rice quality detection technology in recent years in China are reviewed.The research progress,application and existing problems of rice quality detection technology were expounded from 5 aspects of rice milling quality,appearance quality,nutritional quality,cooking quality and eating quality.The future development of rice quality detection technology was prospected. |
