Innovation and Practice of Employment Guidance Mode Based on Agricultural Talents Training

Employment Predicament and reasons of Agricultural University Students was analyzed,it was thought that because ot the problems in the employment process of agricultural college students,such as low professional recognition,low employment matching,low professional happiness,etc.,leading to the loss of agricultural talents and the waste of educational resources.The establishment of the whole process employment guidance system based on the cultivation of agricultural talents was discussed,which emphasised on improving the professional recognition of agricultural students as the key,improving the professional competence of agricultural students as the focus,and improving the Agricultural Students'job hunting skills training as a guarantee.From the aspects of practice and exploration,it emphasized the construction of a professional employment mentor team,reforming undergraduate education model,and creating a good campus culture atmosphere.
