摘    要:目的]研究杠板归中微量金属元素Fe、Cu、Zn、Mg、Mn、Ca的含量,并比较不同产地其各含量的差异。方法]将样品粉碎、过筛、干燥后,用微波消解仪进行消解。配制各个微量元素的标准溶液,建立线性回归方程,用原子吸收法测各样品的吸光度,求得各微量元素的含量。结果]6种微量元素的加样回收率均在98.0%103.8%,符合测定要求。杠板归中Ca含量最高,Cu含量最低;江西赣州产的Ca和Fe的含量远远高于四川产的,而Cu、Zn、Mg、Mn的含量均较四川产的低。结论]可用此法测定杠板归中的微量金属元素,准确性高;江西赣州和四川2个不同产地的杠板归中微量金属元素含量有较大的差异。

Determination and Comparison of Content of Trace Elements in Polygonum perfoliatum L.from Different Origins
Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the content of trace metal elements of Fe,Cu,Zn,Mg,Mn and Ca in Polygonum perfoliatum and compare the differences from different origins.Method] The samples were smashed,sifted and dried,and then dissolved by microwave digestion system.The standard solution of the trace elements were prepared and the linear regression equation was established.The absorbance of each samples was measured by tihe atomic absorption spectrometry,and the content of each trace element was obtained.Result] The recovery rate of six trace elements was between 98.0%-103.8% and met the requirements of the determination.The content of Ca was highest and the content of Cu was lowest in Polygonum perfoliatum.The content of Ca and Fe in Polygonum pe~oliatum from Jiangxi Ganzhou was more higher then which from Sichuan Province,but the content of Cu,Zn,Mg,Mn was lower than which from Sichuan Province.Conclusion] Using this method to measure the trace metal elements in Polygonum perfoliatum,the accuracy is high.The content of trace metal elements in Polygonum perfoliatum had much difference which from Jiangxi Ganzhou and Sichuan Province.
