合作社内部资金互助的风险研究

以浙江省乐清市金穗水稻专业合作社联合社为例,探讨合作社内部的资金互助。结果表明,在政策鼓励合作社发展及合作社自身发展需求下,为了活跃合作社内部资金市场,提高资金使用效率,合作社内部资金互助可能存在基于发展目标和稳定目标下的的双重风险。针对双重风险提出了风险防控措施。

Risks of Mutual Funds in the Cooperative

Taking Jinsui rice cooperatives union of Yueqing City,Zhejiang Province as an example,the social mutual funds of cooperation were discussed.The results showed that in encouragement of policies and the demand of cooperative development,within the mutual of cooperatives may exist the double risk based on the development and stabilizing targets to active within the capital markets of cooperatives and improve capital efficiency.It also put forward risk prevention and control measures against double risk.
