| 摘 要： | 选用铁单9号等18个玉米杂交种的35份样品分别进行电泳鉴定和田间小区种植鉴定．并对鉴定结果进行统计分析．结果表明：两种方法鉴定的结果存在明显差异，但它们相关性达到极显著水平。

| Abstract: | 35 seed samples of 18 hybrids were used in this experiment to study the relationship of electrophoretic analysis and field plot test on maize cultivar identification. The results showed that significant differences existed between the cultivar purities of eleetrophoretic analysis and field plot test, but the correlation between them was significant. |
