干式潜水电机的正压密封系统技术

干式电动机潜入水中运行，它的关键技术之一就是密封性能，尤其是动密封性能的保证，机械密封是一种密封性能好、功耗小的动密封装置，由于机械密封易发生偶然性故障，因此需要尽可能地降低机械密封的工作压力，以延长它的使用寿命。采用多组密封串联和组合密封，特别首道机械密封泄压技术，已经能达到降低机械密封工作压力，延长其使用寿命的作用。文章重点介绍的是一种后备技术措施－－正压密封系统，又称主动正压密封装置，采用这套装置，可使电机内压力地环境压力，既使机械密封失效，电机进水，仍能正常工作一段时间。

Positive Pressure Sealing System Technology for Submersible Motor Dry inside

One of the main technology of the submersible motor is the properties of the seals, especially the properties of the seals.The mechnical seal is one of seal installation which has a good property of seal and its power loss is low. But the accidental damage is easily occured on the mechnical seal, decreasing the work pressure of the mechnical seal to lengthen its life is necessary. Using series connection or combination of seals, especially using release pressure technology for first mechnical seal, can decrease the work pressure of the mechnical seal to lengthen its life. There introduces a reserved technoloty in this article: Positive pressure sealing system, also named driving positive pressure sealing system. Using this system, the pressure inside the motor would higher than environment pressure outside. The motor can operate a period of time even though there is a little of water leaked into the motor caused by the damage of the mechnical seal.
