| 摘 要： | 选取了钦州市2000～2010年的经济、环境数据,对钦州市"三废"排放量和人均GDP之间的关系进行了分析,建立了环境库兹涅兹曲线的计量模型。研究表明:钦州市"三废"排放的EKC不同于传统的环境库兹涅兹曲线,通过利用Com-moner方程分解出人口因素、经济因素和技术因素对环境质量变动的贡献量,确定了污染控制的技术类型,并据此分析了钦州经济发展与环境污染之间的相互关系及其变化原因。

| Abstract: | The economic and environmental data during the years of 2000~2010 in Qinzhou city were selected to analyze the relationship between the "three wastes" emission and per capita GDP in Qinzhou city,and establish the Environmental Kuzenets Curve(EKC) model.The results showed that the EKC of "three wastes" emission in Qinzhou city was different from the traditional EKC.This paper decomposed the contribution of demographic factors,economic factors and technical factors to the environmental quality change by using Commoner equation,and confirmed the technological type of contamination control.On the basis of these,the author analyzed the correlation between the economic development and environmental pollution,as well as the reasons for their changes in Qinzhou city. |
