| 摘 要： | 转基因生物安全管理技术性强,只有建立起配套完善的技术支撑体系作为后盾,才能保证法律法规和管理制度的顺利实施。开展转基因生物检测技术及其标准化研究,既是技术支撑体系建设需要,又是基础性工作,借鉴国外先进经验和成功做法,对我国开展相关工作具有重要意义。文章以转基因植物为对象,通过系统研究,分析了当前国外检测技术研究及其标准化工作的发展现状与趋势,总结了相关国际组织和发达国家的主要做法与经验,针对我国开展转基因生物检测技术标准化的需要,提出了加强检测技术研究及其标准化的对策与建议,希望对我国转基因生物安全管理工作有所裨益。

| Abstract: | Focused on transgenic plants,status and developing trend of testing technology and its standardizations abroad was analyzed in the paper. Major works and experiences of international organizations and developed countries were summarized. Aimed at insistent need for developing our standardizations of testing technology for GMOs,countermeasures and advice of strengthening study on testing technology and its standardizations were put forward,which will benefit our GMOs safety managements. |
