摘    要:采用试管培养法进行松木屑拟菌效果的研究。结果表明,松木屑经自然堆积8个月后,最多可在培养料中添加60%,不明显影响产量满袋时间为58 d,袋单产量42g;碱处理法菌丝生长较好,出耳快,产量与自然堆积法相近。

Abstract:The effect of different pine sawdust pretreatments on the A uricularia auricula mycelial growth was studied in the test tube, then better methods were adopted in the cultivation. The results showed that in the substrate with 60% pine sawdust added which had been piled up for 8 months, full growth time of the mycelium was 58 d, and the yield of fruitbody was 42 g per bag. In the substrate with sawdust treated in lime solution, the mycelial growth was stronger, burgeon time was earlier and the difference of fruitbody yield was not significant.
