| 摘 要： | 全国集体林权制度改革正在全面展开。改革以后,涉及的利益主体出现了多元化,涉林单位和实体大量增加,林农成为林业经营的主要力量,林业生产关系发生了变化,对以后的林业经营将会产生重要的影响。本文主要从经营林地面临的灾害防治、科学技术管理、种苗种植与选择等入手,分析和预测集体林权改革后经营林地面临的新形势,提出经营林地的建议和想法。

| Abstract: | Reform of collective forest tenure system is under way nationwide in China.Such a reform involves lots of stakeholders,units and entities related to forestry with forest farmers as the major component in forest management.This paper analyses the new situation in forest management after the reform in terms of disaster control,technial management,seedling production,etc.and puts forward some relevant suggestions on forest land managment. |
