| 摘 要： | 综述了植物组织培养在快速繁殖、无病毒种苗生产、花药培养和单倍体育种、胚胎培养、植物次生代谢产物生产、植物细胞突变体筛选、原生质体培养与细胞融合、体细胞胚胎和人工种子、组织细胞培养物超低温保存及种质库建立等方面取得的进展, 并提出了植物组织培养中存在的主要问题及相应对策。

| Abstract: | This paper described the research advances of plant tis su e culture technology in micro-propagation plant,production of no-virus seedlin gs,anther culture and breeding of monoploid plant,embryoculture,cell culture and production of secondary metabolites,selection of plant cell mutant,protoplast c ulture and somatic hybridization,somatic embryogenesis and artificial seed,cryop reservation of plant cells.The problems of plant tissue culture were raised and the countermeasures were put forward. |
