| 摘 要： | 通过沿海滩少地区接种根瘤菌大面积种植苜蓿的调查结果表明，丸衣化接种技术显著地提高了芷蓿的成苗率和生长势，接种根瘤菌可使苜蓿产草量提高５０￣９３．２％，根系生物量提高３９．０２￣４４．５３％，结瘤量提高７０．９７￣７３．３９％。

| Abstract: | The experiment of a inoculation of rhizobium to alfalfa and planted in coastland was investigated. The results should: the methods of inoculation can increase of plantlet survival rate and growth vigour of alfalfa significantly. Hay yield and root dry matter of inoculated alfalfa increased by 50~ 93. 2 % and 39. 02 ~ 44. 53 %, respectively, the number of nodules increased by 70.97~ 73.39%. Effect of inoculation to Longdong, Tongxin and Aohan alfalfa were almost same. |
