摘    要:本文研究了四孢蘑菇菌株JN-1和JN-2在菌丝生长和子实体发育阶段胞外羧甲基纤维素酶、滤纸酶、淀粉酶和多酚氧化酶活性以及基质中纤维素、半纤维素和木质素降解的动态变化规律。结果表明,羧甲基纤维素酶和滤纸酶的活性峰值出现在子实体成熟期,而低谷出现在子实体采收间期,营养生长阶段酶活性水平较低。基质中以纤维素的变化最为明显,纤维素的降解和纤维素酶活性与子实体发育之间可能存在调控关系。

Abstract:The dynamic variation law of CMCase, FPase, amylase and polyphenol oxydase activity and the degradation of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin during the growth period of Agaricus bitorquis JN - 1 and JN - 2 was investigated in this study. It was proved that the CMCase and FPase activity peaks of A. bitorquis appeared coincidentally with the mature period of the fruitbody, while their lowest activity appeared between two flushes of the fruitbody, and lower activity appeared during the vegetative growth period of the mycelia, that the cellulose variation rate in the media was the highest, and that some regulating mechanism might exist among the degradation of cellulase, the cellulose activity and the development of the fruitbody.
