当代中国中小企业实现人力资源管理伦理化转变的研究

摘    要:通过梳理和分析中小企业的现实状况,明确了中小企业若想摆脱发展过程中遇到的种种阻隔,需要对传统僵化的人力资源管理方式进行改革,实现人力资源管理的伦理化转变,进而使其在人才竞争中获得优势,并实现中小企业与员工之间的协同发展。

Abstract:After analyzing the practical condition of the SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises), we can get to a conclusion that the only way to get rid of all the obstacles in the SMEs'' future development is the reform of the traditional human resource management. The significant reform is the ethical change of the human resource management, and that change has been making former management more flexible and humanistic. The reform can help the SMEs get more advantages in market competition, and realize the mutual development between the SMEs and the employees at the same time.
