Research on Assembly Control System of Complex Product

This paper built the overall framework and structure of the system wihch can be the executive control system in the process of complex product assembly, combined assembly process flow diagram into a control assembly node, and defined the data elements and state in the process of assmbly. The assembly process and node status were maped in this condition, the execution state assembly control algorithms have been proposed based on timelinein in that case, and real-time assembly state control can be realized. The reliability and feasibility of this system were tested and verified through the experiments
