林木抗虫性研究进展

摘要:中国人工纯林种植面积较大,虫害严重威胁着森林培育,抗虫性研究尤为重要。通过资料查阅及分析,从林木抗虫性定义、鉴定方法,抗虫的物理、化学机制,抗虫诱导的类型和信号传递、转基因抗虫等方面,系统全面阐述了林木抗虫性研究进展,对国内外林木抗虫机制的研究现状进行了综述。林木抗虫性是多种防御机制的积累及协同效应,是化学与物理防御方式相结合,外界因素如机械损伤及虫害也会引发诱导防御,这些作用相结合共同应对昆虫的侵害。

Abstract:Chinese artificial forest plantation area is large, and pests are a serious threat to forest cultivation. Insect resistance research is particularly important. Through data review and analysis, from the definition of forest pest resistance, identification methods, physical and chemical mechanisms of insect resistance, types of insect-resistant induction and signal transduction, transgenic insect resistance, etc., the research progress of forest pest resistance was systematically expounded. The research status of forest pest resistance mechanisms at home and abroad is reviewed. Forest tree insect resistance is the accumulation and synergistic effect of various defense mechanisms. It is a combination of chemical and physical defense methods. External factors such as mechanical damage and insect pests can also induce induced defense. These effects combine to cope with insect damage.
