摘要:通过室内培养的试验方法探讨不同黄酮类物质柚皮素、橙皮素、槲皮素与染料木素及其不同浓度(0,0.4,0.8,1.2,1.6 μg/mL)对蚕豆根瘤菌生长的影响。结果表明:柚皮素、橙皮素、槲皮素与染料木素均显著影响蚕豆根瘤菌的数量、吸光度及菌落直径大小;随着柚皮素、槲皮素浓度的增加,蚕豆根瘤菌数量、吸光度及菌落直径大小均表现出先增加后降低的趋势,均在浓度为1.2 μg/mL时促进效应最明显,而橙皮素和染料木素的作用效应则呈递增趋势(除蚕豆根瘤菌菌落直径大小随橙皮素浓度增加呈先增加后降低的趋势外)。说明黄酮类物质对蚕豆根瘤菌的生长具有重要影响,并且合理的浓度可以有效促进蚕豆根瘤菌的生长。

Abstract:An incubation experiment was conducted to explored that the effects of different flavonoids (naringenin, hesperetin, quercetin and genistein) on the growth of faba bean rhizobia at different concentrations (0, 0.4, 0.8, 1.2, 1.6 μg/mL). The results showed that the naringenin, hesperetin, quercetin and genistein all significantly affected the quantity, absorbance and colony diameter of faba bean rhizobia. The quantity, absorbance and colony diameter of faba bean rhizobia were first increased and then decreased with the increasing concentrations of naringenin, quercetin and they present the highest value at the concentration of 1.2 μg/mL, while the growth trends of hesperetin and genistein were still increasing with exception of the trend of hesperetin on the rhizobia colony diameter. These findings suggest that a reasonable concentration of flavonoids play an important influence in the growth of faba bean rhizobia.
