穗条尺寸和植物生长调节剂对杉木扦插生根的影响

摘要:以杉木1年生新促萌穗条为试验材料,采用穗条尺寸、植物生长调节剂的种类和浓度3个主要因素进行试验,分析各因素及其交互作用对杉木扦插生根指标的影响,并运用隶属函数法对各处理组合的扦插生根效果进行综合评价。结果表明:3个主因素中,植物生长调节剂种类对杉木扦插生根指标影响最大,除对不定根数的影响为显著水平外,对其他所有生根指标影响均达极显著水平;植物生长调节剂浓度其次,除对最长不定根长和根系直径影响不显著外,对其他所有生根指标影响均达极显著或显著水平;穗条尺寸影响最小,仅对部分生根指标影响达极显著或显著水平。双因素交互作用中,植物生长调节剂种类×植物生长调节剂浓度交互作用最大,对除根系直径外的所有生根指标均具有极显著的影响;穗条尺寸×植物生长调节剂种类交互作用其次,穗条尺寸×植物生长调节剂浓度交互作用最小,两者仅对部分生根指标有极显著或显著的影响。当穗条尺寸为A3(直径4.00~5.49 mm,长度11.0 cm)、植物生长调节剂种类为IBA、浓度为100 mg/kg的平均隶属函数值最大,为0.881 5;其生根率、腐烂率和最长不定根长的平均隶属函数值1.000 0在所有组合中最大,愈伤率的平均隶属函数值为0.923 7,在所有组合中排名第2位,综合表现为生根效果最好的组合。

Abstract:Using 1 year newborn cuttings of Cunninghamia lanceolata as the experimental material, adopt three factors experiment design, including the cutting size, the types and consistency of hormones. Researching, the various factors and their interactions influence on C. lanceolata cuttings rooting index, and using the method of subordinate function to comprehensively evaluate the cuttings rooting effect of each handled processing combinations. Result showed that among the 3 main factors, the hormones types have the greatest influence on C. lanceolata cuttings rooting index, in addition, the influence on the number of adventitious roots have reached significant level, that influence on the other root indicators have reached very significant level; The effect of hormones concentration on C. lanceolata cuttings rooting index is slightly deficient, the influence on the other root indicators have reached very significant or significant level, except the longest adventitious root length and root diameter; Cutting size has the least influence on C. lanceolata cuttings rooting index, it has a very significant or significant influence on the small part of the rooting index. In all kinds of two-factor interaction, the interaction of hormone type × hormone concentration have the greatest influence on rooting index, that also has a very significant influence on rooting index except the aspect of root diamete; The interaction of cutting size × hormone type has less influence. The interaction of cutting size × hormone concentration has the least influence, which has a very significant or significant influence on small part of rooting index. Membership function comprehensive evaluation shows when cutting size is A3 (diameter 4.00-5.49 mm, length 11.0 cm), hormone type is IBA, hormone concentration is 100 mg/kg, the maximum of average membership function value is 0.8815. The average membership function value 1.000 0 of rooting rate, decay rate and the longest adventitious roots length has the highest value in all combinations. The membership function value 0.923 7 of callus rate ranks second in all combinations. The rooting index's comprehensive performance of this combination is the best in all the combinations.
