青少年营养平衡食谱优化设计

摘    要:以株洲师专附中 13~ 15岁女生为研究对象 ,优化设计出一周 5 d的营养平衡食谱 .先建立线性规划数学模型 ,然后用Lindo应用软件优化求解 ,再根据食物互换表进行同类食物代换 .结果得到了一周营养平衡食谱 ,并计算出了每个营养食谱的供热量和各种主要营养成分的含量 .采用此法进行食谱设计 ,具有简单灵活、通用性强、容易达到营养平衡和食物品种多样化等特点

Abstract:Five nutrition equilibrium recipes for schoolgirls at the age of 13~15 were optimized in a week in the accessorial high school of Zhuzhou Teachers College. Firstly, linear programming mathematical model was established. Secondly, the optimized recipe was solved with Lindo. Finally, according to foods exchange list, the above optimization recipe could be interchanged with all congeneric foods. As a result, a weekly nutrition equilibrium recipe was gained, and the quantity of heat and main nutrition content was also calculated in all recipes. This method includes the following main strong points: (1)simplicity and agility; (2)better universality; (3)nutrition equilibrium could be easily achieved; (4)diversification of foods.
