| 摘 要： | 为了提高科技期刊编排人员的工作效率,减少在华光系统下编排版面的诸多命令带来的不便,本文在对各种科技期刊的整体组成和结构进行了详细剖析,在Word条件下,设计了5个固定的表格模板,利用这些模版对期刊文章的内容在Word条件下进行编排,在此基础上,通过对没有经过专业训练的普通人员和接受过专门训练的工作人员对比试验,验证.结果表明:在Word条件下的工作效率提高50%以上,排版质量和速度明显提高.说明在Word条件下可以利用表格形式代替华光系统进行科技论文的编排.
