施N量对兰竹荔枝氨基酸含量和花性的影响

摘    要:以22年生兰竹荔枝为试验材料,设4个施N水平(kg株-1):N10.25,N20.5,N30.8,N41.2.试验结果表明:N1至N3处理内,随着施N量的增加氨基酸含量也增加,而N4处理氨基酸含量反而降低.施N量对各种氨基酸含量也有影响,但表现不一样.随着施N量增加含量升高的有缬氨酸、苯丙氨酸;丝氨酸、酪氨酸和组氨酸,以N2处理的含量最高;其余的各种氨基酸都以N3处理的含量最高,N4处理的含量反而降低.各种氨基酸与施N量的相关性都不显著;施N量与总花量和雄花量呈显著正相关,与雌花/总花量比值呈极显著负相关.各种氨基酸中,缬氨酸、苯丙氨酸和精氨酸与总花量呈显著正相关,其余的相关性不显著.各种氨基酸与雌花量的相关性也不显著.

Abstract:Twenty two years old Lanzhu litchi was used as test material and four levels of nitrogen application were designed including 0.25, 0.5, 0.8 and 1.2 kg per plant in the treatments N 1, N 2, N 3 and N 4. The results indicated that along with the increase of nitrogen application the total content of amino acids increased in the treatments N 1, N 2 and N 3 but decreased in the treatment N 4. The effects of the levels of nitrogen application on the contents of different amino acids were various. The contents of valine, phenylalanine, serine, tyrosine and histidine increased along with raising of the levels of nitrogen application, and reached the highest in the treatment N 2, the contents of the other amino acids reached the peak in the treatment N 3 but decreased in the treatment N 4. Different amino acids were insignificantly correlated to the levels of nitrogen application and to female flower quantity but valine, phenylalanine and arginine were significantly positively correlated to total flower quantity. The levels of nitrogen application were significantly positively correlated to total and male flower quantities but extremely significantly negatively to the ratio of female/total flower quantity.
