摘    要:根据收割机传输带圆盘式塔台底座的一般负荷情况,取其单位体,建立极坐标下的力学平衡方程和应变协调方程;经坐标变换后,得出内力与应力、应变的平衡方程,从而求出应变与内力的关系式;并引入积分塑性函数,得出了应变与积分塑性函数的关系式;同时,给出了圆盘在大小不同的载荷下,塑性区数量不同时的积分塑性函数的表达式和曲线图,以供技术人员设计时参考。

Abstract:Disc under the harvester transmission tower base with the general load conditions,whichever unit body,the establishment of polar coordinates of the mechanical equilibrium equations and strain compatibility equation;by the coordinate transformation,the obtained internal force and stress and strain of the balance equation,which find the relation between strain and internal force;and the introduction of plastic integral function,integral plastic strain and obtained the relation between the function;gives the disc loads in different sizes,the number of plastic zone does not function while the expression of the integral plastic and the curve for the technical design information.
