| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduced primary species of pathogenic microorganism to silkworm bombyx,and presented the biotechnology employed in detection and diagnosis of pathogenic microorganism from the following three aspects as microscopic examination, immunology and molecular biology. Some new technologies and idea were discussed, which show favorable development prospects in this field. |
