响应面法优化木糖发酵产乙醇酵母发酵条件的研究

摘    要:以诱变筛选的季也蒙毕赤酵母突变菌株C3-10为研究对象,对其发酵培养条件进行研究。采用响应面法研究了木糖发酵产乙醇酵母突变株不同温度、起始pH值、接种量的影响。结果表明,最佳发酵条件为:温度29℃,起始pH值5.6,接种量5%,在此优化条件下乙醇产量达到15.01%。

Optimization of Xylose Fermentation to Produce Ethanol Yeast Fermentation Condition Research by Response Surface
Abstract:Mutagenesis and screening of Pichia guilliermondii mutant strain C3-10 as the research object,the fermentation conditions are researched.By the response surface method,the effects of different temperature,initial pH,and inoculation quantity are studied in the xylose fermentation to produce ethanol yeast mutant strains.The results show that the best fermentation conditions are as follows:temperature 29 ℃,initial pH 5.6,inoculation amount 5%,under this optimized conditions,ethanol production reaches 15.01%.
