L-硒甲基硒代半胱氨酸的化学合成方法代谢途径及其生物活性的研究进展

摘    要:L-硒甲基硒代半胱氨酸是硒代半胱氨酸的甲基化衍生物,其特殊的甲基化结构使其能在β-裂解酶的作用下,直接分解生成甲基化硒进入甲基硒代谢池。相对于无机硒及其他有机硒,其在人体内具有毒性低、生物利用率高、抗癌活性强等特点。主要介绍了L-硒甲基硒代半胱氨酸的化学合成方法及其在人体内的代谢途径和主要生物活性。

Abstract:L-Se-methyselenocysteine is the methylate derivative of selenocysteine with low toxicity and high bioavailability.It can be decomposed to methylation selenium by β-lyase and then goes to the metabolic pool of methylation selenium because of its special methylation structure.That is also why its antitumor activity is higher than other selenium-containing compounds.This paper reviews the latest research on the chemical synthesis methods,metabolism pathways in human and the main bioactivities of L-Se-methyselenocysteine.
