海藻多糖的研究进展

海藻多糖是从海藻中提取的生物活性物质,大量研究表明,海藻多糖具有抗病毒、免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗氧化等多种生物活性。综述了海藻多糖的结构、提取、分离纯化、生物活性的研究新进展,并对其活性研究发展方向提出展望,以期能更好地开发利用海藻资源。

Advances in the Studies on Seaweed Polysaccharide

Seaweed polysaccharide is a bioactive substance from seaweed.A large number of studies have shown that seaweed polysaccharide has antivirus,regulating immune,antitumor,antioxidation and other biological activity.In this paper,the recent progress for seaweed polysaccharide on structure,extraction,purification and bioactivity is reviewed.Some suggestions on bioactivity of seaweed polysaccharide are put forward to improve the research in the near future.
