虾青素生物功能的研究进展

摘    要:虾青素是一种红色类胡萝卜素,具有极强的抗氧化活性,它能够有效地清除体内的自由基和活性氧,在疾病预防和治疗中起着重要作用。就虾青素在心血管疾病、神经退行性疾病、慢性炎症疾病、癌症、肝损伤、肥胖、糖尿病、皮肤疾病、眼科疾病、运动损伤、免疫力等方面的功能作用进行了概述。

Abstract:Astaxanthin is a red carotenoid which is a powerful biological antioxidant.Astaxanthin can effectively eliminate free radicals and reactive oxygen and nitrogen species that have potential health-promoting effects in the prevention and treatment of various diseases.In this article,the effects of astaxanthin on cardiovascular diseases,neurodegenerative diseases,chronic inflammatory diseases,cancers,liver diseases,obesity,diabetes,eye diseases,skin diseases,exercise-induced damage and immunity are reviewed.
