Abstract: | The most common protozoal agents infecting the gastrointestinal tract of cats are Giardia spp, Cryptosporidium spp, Cystoisospora spp, Sarcocystis spp, Besnoitia spp, Hammondia spp, Toxoplasma gondii, Entamoeba histolytica, and Tritrichomonas fetus. |
