摘    要:以超级杂交稻两优培九F1的花药为材料,探讨不同诱导培养基、分化培养基及植物激素等因素对其花药培养效果的影响。结果表明:(1)不同的培养基表现出不同的花培效果,培养基和基因型间存在着一定的互作效应,其中改良M8培养基表现出对不同基因型材料有较广的适应性和较强的绿苗诱导作用。(2)诱导培养基中添加1.5mg/L 2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)与1.5mg/L萘乙酸(NAA)配比的组合比添加2.0mg/L 2,4-D的组合绿苗分化率高1.17—2.80个百分点。(3)MS分化培养基中添加2.0mg/L 6-苄基氨基嘌呤(6-BA)配比的比添加2.0mg/L激动素(KT)配比的绿苗分化率高2.52个百分点。

Abstract:The effects of induction and differentiation media and phytohormones on anther culture were studied with the super hybrid rice Liangyoupeijiu. Different media displayed different effects on anther culture and a medium-genotype interaction was noticed. Medium M 8 showed a wide range of adaptation to different genotypes and was effective in planflet induction. The frequency of green plantlet differentiation in the induction medium with 2,4-D 1.5 mg/L and NAA 1.5 mg/L was 1.17% - 2.80% higher than that with 2,4-D 2.0 mg/L. The frequency of green plantlet differentiation in the regeneration medium with 6-BA 2.0 mg/L was 2.52% higher than that with KT 2.0 mg/L.
