离子色谱法测定植物中的氯离子试验

摘    要:采用离子色谱法对植物中的氯离子的测定进行研究,并与国标法进行对比。试验以抑制型离子色谱仪为测定手段,以浓度为20mmoL/L,流速为1.0mL/min的KOH为淋洗液,建立了离子色谱法在6min内测定植物中的氯离子。得到结果与国标法对比无显著差异,加标回收率超过90%。

Abstract:In this paper,ion chromatography was used to determinate chlorine ion in plant and was compared with the national standard.In the experiment,using the inhibit ion chromatography for determination means and concentration of 20mmoL/L,a flow rate of 1.0mL/min KOH for the eluent,a method of determining chlorine ion in plant by ion chromatography in 6min was established.The results were not significantly different compared with GB methods.The recovery rate was above 90%.
